The iM3 Sapphira range is manufactured in
Germany with great care by highly qualified
technicians, and is subject to a wide range
of tests and controls designed to ensure
faultless operation.
iM3 hand instruments are developed with
the guidance of veterinary dental specialists
and are backed by a five-year warranty.
The warranty covers faulty material and
workmanship. Any instruments found with
these types of defect will be repaired or
replaced. Damage due to incorrect use or
handling of the instrument is not covered.
Proof of purchase is required to make any
claims.

Instruments are supplied non-sterile.
Clean, dry, sterilise, and inspect before
first and each subsequent use.
Clean and sterilise articulated
instruments in the open position.
Only use suitable cleaning agents.
Sterilise using steam sterilisation for at
least 5 minutes at a maximum of 134°C
(273°F).
Always store instruments properly to
prevent damage.
Clean instruments immediately after
use to prevent dirt particles from drying,
as dried debris may not be removed by
cleaning and sterilisation.
Elevators and luxators should be
regularly sharpened with a fine
sharpening stone to maintain cutting
performance and reduce the working
force needed during extractions.
